Redcliffe is a lovely seaside hamlet just 45 minutes from Brisbane City. We’ll take the scenic coastal road after crossing the Houghton Highway and park up close to the Redcliffe Markets, full of great local produce and fascinating craft stores right on the scenic esplanade.
Bee Gees Way is just off the Main Street and is part of the thriving market on Sundays.
The Bee Gees emigrated to Australia from the UK in 1958. Maurice, Robyn and Barry Gibb moved to Redcliffe and performed their first ever concert at the Redcliffe Speedway on the back of a truck!
To recognise all of their Pop achievements over 4 decades, the Bee Gees Way was constructed in the heart of this small seaside village from 2013-2015, curated by Barry Gibb himself.
Have a pic beside the 2 Bronze sculptures of the band. Just Beegeetastic!!
Take the opportunity to sample from the many great international food trucks, cracking coffee vans and cafes, as well as fab restaurants and bakeries, full of delectable pastries and freshly cooked pies (Banjo’s infamous Tasmanian Scallop Pie in a light curry sauce is not to be missed!).
When you have finished your morning browse of the markets, Settlement Cove Lagoon is a short walk away. The kids will love this enormous outdoor swimming pool, complete with changing rooms and full toilet facilities. There is a permanent lifeguard to watch over waterplay as the kids have a blast.

This Tour will start at approx 8.30am and finish at approx 3.30 pm
Pick up and drop off point at the entrance gates to New Farm Park, 1042 Brunswick Street, New Farm
